This is what i was doing instead of releasing Medaka Box
Ah fun, I figure many people were waiting a good amount of time for this.
I can’t really say I have a good excuse, but I’ll try to give one. Basically over these
past couple of months, I’ve been thinking about what we’re doing here, and with the
recent advent of the collaboration between manga publishers in America/Japan,
it has been brought to light to me again. Along with an up and coming service that
goes by the name of Open Manga, I’ve been deluded into deep reflection, mainly because
it feels like our time is almost over. As such, I fell into the awful habit of procrastination.
Because of this, I’ve been really unresponsive to my group members,
which I sincerely apologize for, and also to the fans, which I also apologize for.
Of course, I had a moment of epiphany after looking through some of our archives in my
time of reflection, and came upon the reason I started this group in the first place, which
was because another group delay/stalled releases or just didn’t release all together without
informing the fans of anything, so I’ve become everything that I’ve disliked, so you can bet
that I won’t let that happen if I have anything to do with it.
In short, now that my searching journey is over, things will be different from now on,
I’m going back to the basics and going to be more competent.
Oh right, one other thing, if any of our fans are going to New Jersey’s upcoming anime convention AnimeNEXT,
feel free to say hi or something. My nametag will say [Cross], though I can’t really say I’ll be lurking any specific area. Oh yeah, I’ll be posting cosplay pics that I deem amusing :3

But wait… the chapters look similar to the last episodes of the anime that just finished airing,
you mean to say that this was all timed to release at this time? No. It is all a real neat coincidence,
as the translator Seme-_-Uke was under hard times, so she couldn’t complete some of the chapters.

Now, I have received a lot of questions lately about the projects that we’re working on, our policy from international translation groups, etc. In retrospect if we still had a forum, this wouldn’t be a problem, but we all know what happened to that. Well I figure I should answer everything here and now to avoid any further confusion.
1) Why aren’t you releasing “******”? Work on it now pl0x.
Okay, you can ask about our progress, but please don’t over do it. While I have no problem with this question, don’t command us to work on it, it’s rather rude, and it might even make me work slower for spite.
2) Where’s ****** series? I haven’t seen anything in months.
For this I’ve devised a list of all of our projects that are being worked on, with a status report on their progress.
- Akikan: There are no raws for it, at all, though I’m well aware it’s gone far by now, so it’s on hiatus.
- Bamboo Blade/Bamboo Blade B: The translations for BB are there, I just need to work on them. On the contrary, the translations for BBB aren’t there yet, but it isn’t completely forgotten, I’m just waiting.
- Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion: No suitable raws yet, if it gets too serious and a good Volume 6 raw comes out, then I’ll screw all ethics and work with the annoying low quality Volume 5 raws.
- DualxJustice: I’m simply waiting on the translation.
- Hanamaru Kindergarten: Same as above, but expect better progress on this.
- Kami-sama Dolls: It’s being released at a pace that I’m fine with, nothing to say about this.
- Super Dog Rilienthal: A couple of internal problems here, but once it picks up again it won’t stop. Also, I have a joint planned after the next chapter release, though that was a while ago, so hopefully it still stands.
- Mayoi Neko Overrun!: Raws for Chapter 2 should be out soon actually.
- Medaka Box: College began and bad timing led to chapter 35 being delayed a week, right now I’m waiting on progress for chapter 36.
- Onidere: Same deal as Medaka Box. Also, we’re doing a joint with Sexyboi Scanlations, so that’s something to look forward to. The next release should be soon.
- The Sacred Blacksmith: Waiting on Tankobon raws, if it takes too long then we’ll just use the ample magazine raws.
- Maria Holic: Being worked on regularly, nothing left to say.
- Sket Dance: We haven’t technically dropped it and I was contemplating picking it up again but it seems another group beat me to the punch. However, they haven’t released in a while, so this is still lingering in my thoughts.
- Yozakura Quartet: I just need to get to QCing the rest of the chapters typeset, it’s complete up to the 30s.
3) Can we host/translate your projects into “******” language?
Yes, just credit us in the end. As for hosting, leave nothing untouched, or else I will unleash my fury upon you.

Traps, Demon Heads, Student Councils, Dolls, and an Announcement to Boot
That's all that needs to be said about this release
Okay, so maybe I should explain a couple of things. First off, we’re picking up the series Maria†Holic seeing as things have been quiet for a while. Expect more activity on that sooner than later. Also, we’re picking up Onidere, a current series running in Shonen Sunday. The details around that are that I noticed that the current public translator will be going on a hiatus without details on return, so I figure what better chance to make sure that the series doesn’t become forgotten with time due to lack of translation. Now before anyone jumps at me, the translator said he was going to go on hiatus in late January, I somehow forgot about that detail and jumped the gun a bit which is why this chapter is done by our translator despite the fact that the series’ current translator still hasn’t gone on hiatus yet.
But what’s done is done.
And one final announcement, because of the upsurge of applications recently, we’ve run out of space as a majority of the applications were for typesetter positions. Currently we don’t have as many translators to meet the ratio to typesetters, so we’re closing off recruitment for all positions except for Japanese to English Translators. The deal will be that once I deem our translator count to be at the point of warranting recruiting, then we will be opening up recruitment again, until that time recruiting is closed off for all positions but translators. However, all applications that were made before this date will still be honored, as I’ve already fit you guys into the equation.
